Welcome to Mama Hairston’s BBQ Sauce, which is made in Kansas City, Missouri by Hairston Productions, LLC.
Our sauce is a Western North Carolina style sauce that is sweet and really rich in flavor, and is GLUTEN FREE! The thing that makes our sauce different from the rest is that there is no liquid smoke in our sauce. This allows the flavors to come through and makes the sauce more pleasing to the taste buds. Our sauce is thick and has a great finish to it.
We offer three different types of sauce: Original, Warm, and Hot. Each flavor is available in either 16 or 32 oz. jars.
Our Original sauce is sweet with just enough vinegar to make it pleasing to the pallet.
Our Warm sauce is sweet, but has a little extra spice to give it a nice warm flavor.
Our Hot sauce is a sweet sauce that has been kicked up a notch! It won't knock you down, but it's got great heat that sneaks up on you!
